What an awesome experience with Tri City Door & Window (Bristol TN). From the moment I met Tim, I knew I was in good hands. He thoroughly examined my project & discovered some rot & advised me on recommended next steps. I greatly appreciated that he educated me on the exact work and products that would be performed and installed - never did he rush me and invited questions. And, the estimate was slightly less than another competitor AND, the competitor did not discover the rot, but was simply going to install over rotten wood. The door installation and siding replacement was performed within a week of the estimate - another big kudo to Tim & company. I'd also like to recognize Jim - he did a beautiful job with the actual installation. The finished product is very impressive and Jim was professional, friendly and polite. I also appreciated how he always cleaned the workspace. I look forward to the window installation in the fall. Thank you so much Tim and Jim. I recently had a door that the lock was broken. I reached out to Tri-City and told them if it was possible to not replace the door and just replace the lock that I would like to do that. They never were pushy to try to sell me a new door, they just helped me with exactly what I asked to replace the lock. In a very reasonable amount of time, the lock was replaced, they were extremely professional, kept me aware of timelines, and were extremely courteous throughout the entire process. I will need to replace several windows in the very near future, I 100%. I’m going to go with Tri-City.

I was having some issues with my door and gave them a call. They had someone at my office within 30 minutes, and had my door hinges repaired in no time. The gentleman they sent were extremely polite, and knowledgeable in their craft. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing this service!
